After working with our phone provider we were able to restore service. The service desk 1-800 number is operational now. This is resolved.

Investigating

There is currently an issue with our telephony provider for our service desk 1-800 number. Due to that, the number is not reachable at this time. We are working on solutions and will give updates on this status page when they are available.

This will only affect Impact clients who have paid to allow end users to reach out to a service desk representative.
